Peim van der Sloot (1986) is the ultimate stickerstacker, as you can clearly see here. He works in the lively niches between visual art, design and performance. Peim sticks stickers on paper - and in this case even the walls! - in a systematic yet sometimes random manner, making his style easily recognizable. He creates patterns and compositions and with that he tricks the viewer’s perception. For Peim, the process of making a work is as important as the work itself: stickering stickers is like meditation to him. Fun fact: he spent two full days stickering away on this very wall!
